In distressed neighborhoods where vacants are concentrated, but strong anchors make revitalization possible, Vacants to Value builds partnerships with developers capitalized to rehabilitate large scale areas into neighborhoods of choice.

V2V utilizes the assets uniquely held by Baltimore Housing – the capacity for targeted code enforcement, strategic land disposition, receivership filing, and large-scale demolition – to create a predictable environment that allows the City to improve communities, build market confidence, and leverage investment from the private sector, nonprofit partners, and other City agencies.

  • Home Center It's a pefect time to buy a home in America's greatest city. To assist you, Baltimore Housing's Homeownership Office centralizes all programs and services in one place.
  • Project Finance The Office of Project Finance provides funding for the production of rental and for-sale housing opportunities in order to create decent, safe and affordable housing for the citizens of Baltimore City.
